1. Appointments & Bookings
→ Appointments can be made online, in person, or via WhatsApp.
→ A part payment is required to confirm bookings.
→ Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
→ Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
→ You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance.
→ Cancellations within 6 hours may result in loss of deposit.
→ No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Payments
→ We accept Paystack, bank transfers, and cash payments.
→ Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
→ All payments must be settled before service is rendered.
4. Promotions & Discounts
→ Cannot be combined unless specified.
→ Offers may have validity periods and may be withdrawn at any time.
→ Gift cards must be presented at time of use.
5. Client Conduct
→ We maintain a respectful and calm spa environment.
→ Harassment or misconduct toward staff will result in refusal of service.
→ Phones should be kept on silent during sessions.
6. Health & Safety
→ Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your session.
→ Glamour Lounge reserves the right to refuse services that may not be safe for your condition.
→ All equipment is sanitized and disposable tools are used where applicable.
7. Children & Companions
→ Children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas.
→ Clients must be 18+ to receive intimate services (e.g., waxing, V-Facial).
8. Photography & Content
→ By attending events or services, you agree to the use of non-identifiable photos / videos for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
9. Changes to Terms
→ Glamour Lounge may revise these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance.
